Frequently asked questions
How do I submit a report?
Use Report in the menu on a post, comment or profile. For an urgent safety risk, also email support.
What can a blocked user see?
Blocking is mutual; neither party can see the other’s posts, comments or messages.
Can account deletion be reversed?
No. Account deletion confirmed in the app is permanent; secure backups may take up to 30 days to clear.
Is Steam connection required?
No. Steam is optional; disconnecting it removes imported game data from your profile showcase.
